Kelly McHugh-Stewart is a copywriter, editor, public speaker, and digital engagement specialist based out of New York City.
Her reporting and personal essays have appeared in the New York Times, The Washington Post, Reader’s Digest, CNN Opinion and Sports Illustrated, among others. Along with her writing, she has managed social media channels and curated digital content for universities, nonprofits, and both collegiate and professional athletics.
Kelly received her MFA in Creative Writing from The New School and holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University. She is currently working on a memoir about her experience as a Gold Star family member.
